New Waste Water System Installation
New residential and commercial systems offered in the Eastern North Carolina area. Pricing is dependent on clearing required (we offer clearing as well), and the system outlined by your County Heath Services Department and/or your Soil Scientist. We offer no cost site visits and quotes.
Septic Repair
After trouble shooting your system we offer minor repairs to complete replacement.
Septic System Inspections
General Inspections, Pre Purchase Inspections
From NCOWCICB certified Inspectors. We will locate and mark the entire system, provide high resolution phots, PDF report via email for gravity as well as pump systems. Pump systems are an additional $100. Pumping prior to inspections are highly suggested.
Septic Pumping
Septic System Pumping starts at $350 up to 1,000 gallons. Deep tanks requiring locating and excessing digging subject to an $75 up charge.
Inspection For Reuse Of Existing System
Plan on reusing an existing system for a new home build?
Re Use Inspection
This can only be done by your respective county Heath & Enviromental Department. We can assist in this process by exposing the tank and marking all 4 corners as requested by most counties as well as assest with filing forms and permits.
